Horseback Riding Lessons

• Private Lessons are available in both 30 minute and 1 hour format.

• This is a one-on-one lesson with just you and your Riding Instructor. 

• Beginner riders are required to start with Private Lessons while learning safety and fundamentals.

• Private lessons are more expensive since this is individual and personalized instruction.

• Small Group Lessons are also available in 30 minute or 1 hour options.

• You will have the opportunity to compare and challenge your own skills as you ride with 1-3 other riders.

• Due to safety of both riders and horses, our instructors will evaluate each rider before releasing them to join a Small Group.

• NOTE: Everyone who wishes to ride a horse will be required to wear an ASTM- SEI certified horseback riding helmet

• Riders learn to halter, lead, groom, and tack their own horse.

• Eventually, riders will learn to catch their own horse from the pasture.

• Opportunities may come up to help feed the horses or help treat for special injuries.

• Our goal is to teach and include our riders in everything surrounding the care and management of the horses.
